🔎 What to Ask When You Contact Them

  • When contacting, mention clearly your situation (blind/visually impaired, living in Karachi) and ask if they offer: registration, membership, skill-training, assistive-devices, rehabilitation or other support.
  • For medical-related help (especially if blindness is treatable), include SPCB — they run eye-care + surgical services, may help with treatable causes.
  • For vocational training, inclusion, social support — BRFP, Binae Welfare, and PAB Sindh are good starting points.
  • Umeed Gah might be more oriented to general disabilities (including but not limited to blindness) and may offer broader welfare support.
